Vice President of Customer Success
Maria Burch is the Vice President of Customer Success at FoodLogiQ, where she oversees all on-boarding, implementation, support, and account management for the company’s customers. Maria’s focus is on ensuring her team partners with each customer in a way that will deliver a seamless onboarding experience, offering best practices and supporting their long-term success and outcomes. With a world-class Customer Success team by her side, Maria relentlessly represents the voice of the customer within FoodLogiQ in order to align all departments around improving customer satisfaction, retention, and ultimately driving revenue growth from existing customers.
Before joining FoodLogiQ, Maria successfully served as Head of Global Account Management at Digital Turbine, a technology company specializing in mobile app delivery and advertising. Previously, she was Vice President of Customer Success at Teamworks, the leading athlete engagement platform that enables Division 1 and professional sports teams to manage logistics.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, and is a past recipient of awards from Netsertive, iContact and Accountants International.
