What is reCONNECT 2020?
reCONNECT 2020 is FoodLogiQ’s third annual User Group Meeting. At this event, FoodLogiQ customers will meet and network with other professionals who are pushing the food industry forward through technology. They will also have the opportunity to share best practices on how they are utilizing the FoodLogiQ Connect platform to advance food safety, traceability and transparency.

What is the cost to register?
Registration is free; however, participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and accommodations.

What is the registration cancellation policy?
While there is no charge for registration, we kindly ask that you notify us at least five (5) business days prior to reCONNECT if you are unable to attend (for programming and catering purposes).

Are there pre- or post-conference training opportunities available?
Yes, on Tuesday, March 24, FoodLogiQ will offer track-specific training opportunities for both customers and suppliers. Join us for:
- Large group instruction on our platform and products
- An in-depth Q&A session on functionality
- How-to’s on managing communities
- Implementation education including best practices, hurdles and pitfalls
- Small group discussions to address workflows and tool-specific issues
- Personalized one-on-one meetings with FoodLogiQ Product Team members and/or Customer Success
Are guests allowed to attend?
No, all attendees must be registered users of the FoodLogiQ Connect platform.
What should I wear?
Attire is business casual.
Will meals be provided?
Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided. On March 24, we will host an opening reception with cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres. We will treat our guests to a city-wide “Dinner Dine-Around” on March 25.
Are there social activities planned for attendees?
Attendees may participate in an early-morning group run or a group yoga session.

What are the recommended arrival and departure dates?
If you plan to attend the optional training and opening reception on Tuesday, March 24, we suggest you arrive in the evening on Monday, March 23, or before 10 am on Tuesday. Our conference will end at 1 pm on Thursday, March 26, so you may plan your travel accordingly.
Are there special hotel rates?
Yes, reCONNECT attendees may take advantage of the $189 per night room rate at the Raleigh Marriott City Center.
