Gary Coleman, REHS, specializes in food safety training and program implementation. Gary’s 40-year practice bridges industry and regulatory concerns. He is a Certified Professional – Food Safety and ASQ Certified HACCP Auditor (CP-FS, CHA) who, prior to retiring as UL EduNeering’s vice president of food safety served as the global manager of food safety for Underwriters Laboratories (UL).

Today as a private consultant, Gary evaluates his client’s operations and food safety practices to create specific training plans that accentuate Food Safety Modernization Act requirements.
